A Company who specialises in legal businesses and has offices all around the island of Mallorca, requires a secretary to be based in their new offices located in the beautiful port of Andratx. As this role will be a stand alone position for the majority of the working day the successful candidate would need to be efficient, able to work on their own initiative as well as give a professional first impression to a wide range of high profile clients. IT and strong administrative skills are a requirement as well as having an excellent telephone manner. Languages required are fluency in German, English and Spanish.
